The Village requests the variance until June 1, 1977, at
which time it is anticipated that the Village will have joinedthe proposed Freehurg-Smithton-Hecker (FSH) water commission,which in turn will receive water from the existing SummerfieldLebanon—Mascoutah (SLM) water commission.
