—2—The facts of the agreement are as follows.
  • Since July 27, 1973 continuing to
the filing of the complaint including but not limited totwelve separate dates the Respondent has caused or allowedopen dumping of refuse in violation of Section 21(b) of theAct.
  • The Board finds this stipulated settlement to be
acceptable under Procedural Rule 333. 3. Respondent shall limit access to the site toprevent promiscuous dumping in the future.
