JOHN TARKOWSKI, Respondent.
Based upon Mr.
Tarkowski’s statement in his motion that he receives
$290.00 a month from Social Security disability and does not havethe funds to pay the assessed penalty, the Board will amend itsprior Order by suspending the assessed $75.00 penalty.
Mr.
Tarkowski’s motion is,
therefore, denied, except to the extent of the above—mentioned amendment suspending the penalty.
