settlement agreement Respondent has paid $621.46 to the Park RidgePark District to cover the following expenses:Cost of Park Ridge Park District cleanup of fish and aquatic life destroyed.
This Opinion constitutes the Board’s findings of fact and
conclusions of law in this matter.
