The Board finds that Paragraph C requires the biannual
reporting of noise reduction achieved and not the monthlyreporting as the Order now states.
Harvester shall also report the results of all noise
abatement research, the first report to be submitted onor before six months from the date hereof, and subsequentreports to be submitted at six—month intervals thereafter;IT IS SO ORDERED.
