On October 19, 1981 John Deere Foundry, Deere & Companyfiled a petition for regulatory change requesting an amendmentto Rule 203(1) (11) in order to set a site specific thermaldischarge standard for Sugar Creek and its unnamed tributariesin Rock Island County.
The location of the discharge point should
oe specified by township, range and section or some other reference.
The Board will tentatively assign
to this proposed rule Section 303.331.
