On July 22, 1981 the Illinois Environmental ProtectionAgency (Agency) filed a proposal to adopt regulations identicalin substance with 40 CFR Parts 260, 261, 262, 263 and 265.
Persons desiring to comment
on the regulations adopted this day should do so within 45days of the date of this Order.
For Parts 721 and 725, the Board has
developed a federal text based on Agency’s tabular proposal.
The codification rules require a format very similar to
the Code of Federal Regulations.
