In its Order of February 4, 1982, the Board stated that ifan executed agreement between Chevy Chase and Lake County werenot filed within 60 days, the Board would enter a cease and desistOrder against Chevy Chase.
However, on March 29, 1982 Lake County filed a copy of a letter
sent by it to Chevy Chase on March 26, 1982, along with a draftagreement which had been reviewed and approved by the PublicService Committee.
