On July 2, 1982 Do’intown Lombard Unlimited (DLI)) filed apetition for variance from Rule 962(a) of Chapter 3: WaterPollution, to allow the development of certain property in downtown Lombard.
That
property is owned by the Village of Lombard and the DuPage CountyBoard of School Supervisors.
Unless the
petition is amended to correct this defect within 45 days of thedate of this Order, the petition will be subject to dismissal.
