and supplemental response.
  • Aurora indicates that its
ultimate waste consists of a mixture of about 3 uncured coresand and 97 cured core sand.
  • The Board
has assumed this is correct, “Core sand” is not furtherdefined in the Act. A permit is required of the transporter. Thegenerator is obliged to prepare a manifest and deliver it tothe transporter.
