On April 29, 1983 the Chicago Association of Commerce andIndustry (CAd) filed a Motion for Reconsideration in thismatter.
Aside
from the comments, CACI urged that the Board not adopt the rulesas drafted for Second Notice and requested that further hearingsbe held.
Finally it
requests additional hearings in a proceeding in which four merithearings, two economic hearings, and yet another subsequent merithearing have already been held.
