))))))))) PCB 82—73On June 10, 1982 the Board issued an Order construing aletter sent by Potomac to the Agency as a petition for variancefrom Rule 1201 of Chapter 3.
Noting that the letter failed to
contain much of the information required by Procedural Rules401, the Board stated that if an amended petition were notfiled within 45 days of the date of the Order, the petitionwould be “subject to dismissal”.
No amended petition has been filed.
