The modifications requested would: decrease the frequency of
monitoring at the plant discharge from daily to three times perweek; and, remove the requirement of daily monitoring at thetreatment plant outfall, allowing Illinois EnvironmentalProtection Agency discretion as to frequency.
The modified Order would allow
continuation of this.
