While I agree with the result in this case and with theconditions of the order I do have a somewhat different emphasis.
  • Thus the 186,000 gallons in one hour, if not diverted, would
flood 20 homes to about a 2 ft.

many times by the rain, And the prime hazards in basementflooding are electrocution and property damage (paneling, etc.)which both are dependent ...
