At that hearing a stipulation of facts and proposed compliance
plan was read into the record with an indication that bothparties were in agreement on the document.
The parties are directed to file, within 30 days of the date
of this Order, either a signed copy of such stipulation or astatus report informing the Board of any impediments theyperceive to a final disposition of this case on the existingrecord.
