This petition is deficient in that it fails to clearly specify
the relief sought in that the Board cannot determine withcertainty whether the variance request is intended to cover all98 houses in Sunnyside 1st, 2nd, 3rd Additions or whether onlythe 83 which allegedly contain failing septic systems are to beincluded.
Finally, the
City purports to waive hearing but fails to include an affidavitin support of the material facts alleged in the petition.
