Section 105.122 provides that filings in permit
appeals shall be done in accordance with Sections 103.122 and103.123. However, on a practical level the Boardlabors under statutory decision deadlines which do not apply tothe courts, deadlines which the Board already finds to beuncomfortably snug. App.3d 946, 397 N.E. 2d 194.
