On February 6, 1986, the Board adopted a Second Notice Orderin this matter which contained two inadvertent errors.
As the
Board pointed out in its February 6 Opinion, in Section214.141(c) and (d), the word “Section” should be plural and thewords “and 214.101(c)” should be added after the number“214.122”.
