This matter comes before the Board upon a December 26, 1985,Petition for Exception to the Combined Sewer Overflow regulationsfiled by the Village of Western Springs.
The Board is contemplating a delayed scheduling of
the hearing or hearings until after July 1, 1986 in order toutilize funds from the new FY87 appropriation.
