of the Environmental Protection Act (415 ILCS 5/40(a)(1) (1996)) requires that any appeal ofan Agency decision must be filed within 35 days of the Agency’s decision.
As the petition was received by the Board after the January 25,
1999 due date, under 35 Ill.
The Board cannot accept this untimely petition for appeal.
Illinois Supreme Court Rule 335 establishes such filing requirements.
