review a March 20, 2002 determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency(Agency).
  • The Agency decision denied a portion of Wareco’s request for reimbursement from
the Underground Storage Tank Fund regarding Wareco’s site at 1309 Grand Avenue, Galesburg,Knox County.
  • To date,
the Agency has not filed a response to the motion.
