DYNEGY MIDWEST GENERATION (BALDWIN POWER STATION) v. ILLINOIS ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY
Upon receipt of an Illinois Environmental Protection Agency recommendation, the Board granted this facility, located in both St. Clair and Randolph Counties, a 45-day provisional variance, subject to conditions, from the effluent limits set forth in 35 Ill. Adm. Code 304.141(b) and its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number IL0000043.
