ILLINOIS ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY v. BRAD KRSTIC
Board entered an order requiring respondent to pay the Board and the Environmental Protection Agency hearing costs in the amount of $467.00 and $140.40 respectively, and a civil penalty of $1,500.
