This petition is deficient in that it fails to conform
to the requirements of 35 Ill.
Specifically, the City should specify from which particular
provision of the Board’s regulations the City seeks variance.
The
City should also submit a copy of the NPDES permit and shouldinclude either a request for a hearing on its petition or astatement waiving hearing accompanied by an affidavit attestingto the truth of the facts asserted in the variance petition.
