Noise pollution: the emission of sound that unreasonably interferes with theenjoyment of life or with any lawful business or activity.

northwest of the high school. Tr. at 63-64. The cost to replace the old system, including the air conditioning units, theheating system, and other related equipment was $4,420,000.
