These actions are in alleged violation of Sections 12(f)(2), 21(d), 21(f)(1) and
(f)(2) of the Environmental Protection Act (Act) (415 ILCS 5/12(f)(2), 21(d), (f)(1), (f)(2)(1998)) and the Board’s waste disposal regulations at 35 Ill.
Pursuant to Section 31(c)(2) of the Act, the complainant may file with the Board a
stipulation and proposal for settlement accompanied by a request for relief from the hearingrequirement. Any person may file a written demand for hearing within 21 days of thepublished notice.
