The Agency filed a
proposal on November 9, 2001, which revised the water quality standards based on revisedfederal policy and new scientific information collected over the years.

Adm. Code 302.208(g).
The Agency also proposes for amendment the acute and chronic General Use WaterQuality Standards for “general use weak acid dissociable cyanide” (cyanide). Prop.
