This matter comes before the Board upon a filing submittedby the City of LaSalle (~City”)on June 8, 1987.
This motion, however, was deficient in
that it failed to include proof of service on the IllinoisEnvironmental Protection Agency (RAgency~).
The Clerk’s office
contacted the City, by telephone, and informed it of thisoversight.
Therefore, the deficiency remains.
