By its Order of August 6, 1987, the Board adopted for FirstNotice a proposed generic rule which, among other amendments,propcse~ a r~c~Subpart I to Part 215.
Upon ciceer scrutiny, it
was discovered that the section numbers of Subpart I, as setforth in the August 6 Orãer, were not consistent with the currentcodification of Part 215.
As a result, the Board hereby amends
