point out that Section 33(c) of the Environmental Protection Actwas recently amended to provide that in making an order ordetermination, the Board shall consider “any economic benefitsaccrued by a noncomplying pollution source because of its delayin compliance with pollution control requirements.” P.A. 85—0358. 86—67 —2—For these reasons, I dissent.
