Upon receipt of the request the Agency issued its
recommendation, concluding that the hazardous wastes must remainon—site for longer than 90 days due to unforeseen, temporary anduncontrollable circumstances and failure to grant the requested30—day provisional variance would impose an arbitrary orunreasonable hardship on Petitioner. Adm. Code722.134(b) from November 9, 1988 until December 9, 1988.
