Department of Commerce and Community Affairs filed its ImpactAnalysis which indicated that there would be no economic effecton small businesses from the proposed rulemaking.
  • Each facility represents
“state—of—the art” nitrificatiori and has a record ofgood operation.
  • As indicated in
Attachment B, many of those 300 facilities are currentlydesigning or constructing nitrification equipment.
