Section 13(c) of the Environmental Protection Act (Act)requires the Board to adopt regulations which are “identical insubstance” with USEPA underground injection control rules adoptedpursuant to the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA).
The term
“identical in substance has recently been defined in Section 7.2of the Act.
The Board is
therefore entering this Order to extend the time.
Board
action was therefore required by July 26, 1989.
