Code 104.126(b) requires
them to identify the RCRA variance as such.
This appears to be a hazardous waste treatment
unit, although it could be exempted under prc;isions, such as 35Ill. Adm. Code 104.122(e)). Section 728.150 includes a mechanismby which the Agency can approve storage of wastes “in tanks orcontainers,” without resort to a variance.
