The Board hereby grants petitioner an extension of the time period for
filing an appeal of the rejection of a 45-day report in the matter until September 27, 2000, pursuant to Section40(a)(1) of the Environmental Protection Act (415 ILCS 5/40(a)(1) (1998)).
Because the Board has timely received a
joint notice of extension, the Board extends the appeal period to the aforementioned date.
