that it did not receive notice of the Board’s September 13, 1989Order until September 29, 1989, thus, after the Board had imposedsanctions on September 28.
The Board’s September 28, 1989 Order in this
proceeding is hereby vacated, including the Board’s ruling on theLordens’ motion to compel.
The Association has not responded to that
motion to compel to date.
