April 30, 1990, the Attorney General filed a complaint againstrespondent on behalf of the People of the State of Illinoisalleging Various violations of the Environmental Protection Act andBoard regulations.
The parties agreed to file
an executed stipulation with the Board no later than September 21,1990.
The parties are hereby directed to file a signed and executed
stipulation with the Board no later than November 26, 1990 or thismatter will be set for a hearing on the merits.
