The grounds for the permit appeal relate to operational
flexibility in certain provisions regarding Nicor’s facilities located in Lake Bloomington(Station 40), Hudson (Station 41), and Lexington (Station 42) in McLean County; and Pontiac(Station 80) in Livingston County.
The Board extends the appeal period until August 19, 2002, as the parties request. Adm. Code 105.208(a). If Nicor fails to file an appeal on or
before that date, the Board will dismiss this case and close the docket.
