Abstract: ILLINOIS POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD March 15, 2001PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS,Complainant,v.complaint alleged that these violations occurred at five locations in Madison County. On March 6, 2001, the parties filed a stipulation and proposal for settlement, accompanied by a motion requesting relief from the hearing requirement of Section 31(c)(1) ofthe Act (415 ILCS 5/31(c)(1) (1998)). GLC proposes to pay a $10,000 penalty in quarterly installments. Any person may file a written demand for hearing within 21 days of the published notice.
