The Agency alleges that on January 23, 1991, Jersey
Sanitation, present owner and/or operator of a facility locatedin Jersey County and commonly known to the Agency asJerseyville/Jersey Sanitation Corporation, violated Sections2l(p)(2) and 2l(p)(5) of the Act.
Since there are two (2) such violations, the total
penalty to be imposed is set at $1,000.00.
