September 25, 1992, Delmar Donley, present owner and/or operatorof a facility located in Sangamon County and commonly known tothe Agency as Williamsville/Donley, Inc., violated Sections21(p) (1) and 21(p) (3) of the Act.
Since there are two (2) such violations, the total
penalty to be imposed is set at $1,000.00.
