September 1, 1993.1Riverside and the Agency state that Riverside has twovariance petitions pending before the Board, PCB 91-161 and PCB90-164 as well as a permit appeal, PCB 90-165, all pertaining tothe Part 218 papercoating regulations as applied to Riverside.
