The Logan County
Health Department alleges that on April 27, 1992, Lincoln/LoganLandfill, present owner and/or operator of a facility located inLogan County and commonly known to the Agency as Lincoln/LoganLanadfill, violated Sections 2l(o)(l), 21(o)(5), 2l(o)(9),21(0) (11) and 21(0) (12) of the Act.
Since there are five (5) such
violations, the total penalty to be imposed is set at $2,500.00.
