UOP alleges that the Agency did not consider UOP’s
comments prior to issuing the final Clean Air Act Permit Program permit regarding UOP’sfacility located at 8400 Joliet Road, McCook, Cook County.
The Board extends the appeal period
until August 4, 2002, as the parties request. Adm.Code 105.208(a). If UOP fails to file an appeal on or before that date, the Board will dismissthis case and close the docket.
