On February 26, 2001, the parties filed a joint notice of extension of the 35-day periodto appeal a decision of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).
As the notice
does not specify a shorter period, the Board will grant the extension for a total of 125 daysfrom the Agency’s January 23, 2001 decision.
The Board will dismiss this matter and close the docket if
petitioner fails to file an appeal on or before that date.
