The Agency alleges that on September 2 and
September 16, 1992, Envotech - Illinois, present owner and/oroperator of a facility located in Montgomery County, and commonlyknown to the Agency as Litchfield/Hillsboro Landfill, violatedSections 21(o) (5) and 21(o) (5) of the Act.
Since there are two (2) such violations, the total
