meeting, the parties have developed a conceptual agreement forresolution of this matter and similar closure appeals at otherSafety-Kleen facilities in Illinois.
The parties note that to date, Safety-Kleen and the Agency
have been able to resolve three closure appeals using thedocumentation developed through these discussions.
The parties are directed to file an updated status report on
or before June 15, 1993.
