BACKGROUND
On September 23, 1993, the Agency filed a “Motion ForExpedited Correction and Affidavit” in R92-21 Amendments to NewSource Review Rules.
The Board denied that motion on January 6, 1994.
Therefore the Board adopts the
rule.
