file an updated status report addressing the U.S.EPA’s progresseither on or before Thursday, June 16, 1994, or within 14 daysafter the USEPA publishes the final rule, whichever comes first.
As such, Reynolds is requesting an extension of the stay
beyond June 23, 1994.
If, however, the rule
is finally promulgated before September 8, 1994, Reynolds isrequested to file the appropriate motion.
