Based on this the
Board granted a stay until March 3, 1994.
It stated that the Agency intends to proceed with the
amendment to Section 232.200 in order to include styrene on theTAC list and anticipates filing its proposal by mid-summer.
The
Agency states that it has only recently received the Great WatersProgram, as set forth on the “First Report to Congress,Deposition of Air Pollutants to the Great Waters,” published inMay 1994.
